The hotel has a lot to offer, with gorgeous rooms and a stunning view of the gardens and pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, I did face some issues with my room allocation and the location was a bit far from key attractions. Overall, it's a nice place to relax with decent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The dining experience was also chaotic, though I did enjoy some dishes.
